Nursery products are custom made for you and cannot be returned. Your payment for custom made products (includes bedding, nursery accessories and embroidered blankets) is half upon ordering and the remainder is due upon delivery. Payment for other accessories for Baby and Mom (bibs, burp cloths, nursing covers and Moses baskets) is due in full upon ordering. Orders will not be started until payment is received.

Our quality and workmanship is something we are very proud of at Baby Panache. Please inspect your products thoroughly upon arrival. If there is an error in workmanship or design, we will work with you to quickly resolve the problem at our expense.

Delivery times & turnaround vary from product to product. Since our workload varies, we general offer a window of time to allow for creation of your item. We're happy to help work with you to deliver your custom items more quickly, if possible.
